- Non-Personalised Products: Un-personalised items may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for assistance.
- In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order. Provide clear photos of the defect or damage, along with your order number, to jo@daisyley.com.
- We will review your case promptly and provide instructions for the return or replacement process.
- If there is an error on our part, such as a misspelling or incorrect design, please notify us within seven days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the product at no additional cost to you.
- Contact our customer service team at jo@daisyley.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos.
- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and labels.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or replacement accordingly.
- Refunds will be processed within five business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- If eligible for a replacement, we will send a new, corrected item to you at no additional cost.
- Gift cards and downloadable products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
